At KukuNia, we genuinely care about your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go exactly as expected — and when that happens, we’re here to help you with an easy and fair return, replacement, or exchange process.

Here’s everything you need to know about our policy:

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Every product comes with a specific return/exchange window — you’ll find this clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • This window starts from the day your order is delivered.
  • Any policy changes will apply only to future orders; your current purchase will follow the policy that was active when you placed it.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, accessories, and free gifts intact.
  • If you accidentally hand over a wrong or unrelated item to our courier, KukuNia will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement.

Doorstep Quality Check

  • For certain returns, our delivery partner may carry out a brief inspection at your doorstep
  • They may check:
    • If the brand, size, style, and color match the original order
    • Whether the item is in resalable condition with undamaged packaging
    • If all parts, accessories, and design details (like buttons, bows, laces, etc.) are present
    • Whether the product has been used or altered

If any of these conditions are not met, your return request may be put on hold or declined.

Refunds, Offers & Coupons

  • If you used a coupon code or discount offer, and later return some or all products from that order, the offer becomes invalid. The discount value will not be refunded.
  • However, in the case of replacements or exchanges, the same coupon benefits will be applied to the new item.
  • If your order included a free gift, and the main product is returned, the free item may also be cancelled — especially if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • Please note: Free products cannot be replaced or refunded if received damaged or missing.

Return May Be Rejected If:

  • The item has been used or is not in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
  • Return request is made after the return window has closed
  • The product belongs to a non-returnable category, such as:
    • Baby diapers, wipes, baby food, formula milk
    • Cosmetics, healthcare devices, hygiene products
    • Digital products, stationery, gift certificates

Store or Kiosk Purchases

  • Items bought through a KukuNia store or kiosk must be returned at the same location.
  • Website returns are not accepted for store purchases.

Refusing Delivery

  • If you refuse to accept a replacement or return-eligible order that has already been shipped, a ₹50 charge may apply.

Additional Notes

  • Orders containing free gifts are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned product and it passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
