At KukuNia, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Our shipping process is designed to ensure transparency, reliability, and a hassle-free experience for you.
Where We Deliver
We currently ship to most locations across India.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and order volume.
Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on orders below ₹699 (excluding COD fee, taxes, discounts, and coupon reductions).
- Orders ₹699 and above may qualify for free delivery in select pin codes. In some areas, an additional shipping charge may still apply based on location or item size.
Note: The applicable shipping fee is calculated at checkout and shown clearly in your order summary.
Convenience & Platform Fee
For certain orders, a convenience or platform fee may apply based on product type, location, or package size. This fee:
- Is separate from shipping charges
- May apply independently or along with shipping fees
- Will be displayed transparently in your cart and checkout screen
These charges are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation of the order.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro & major cities: 3–4 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days
- Bulky or oversized items may take slightly longer
- In case of lockdowns or other disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), delivery may be impacted
You can track your order and check expected delivery timelines from your KukuNia account dashboard.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you:
- The name of the delivery partner
- A tracking ID
- A link to monitor your shipment progress
In some cases, tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
OTP-Based Secure Delivery
To add an extra layer of security, KukuNia may enable OTP-based delivery for select orders:
- You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered mobile number (via SMS or WhatsApp) once the item is out for delivery
- Please share this OTP only when the delivery agent arrives at your doorstep
- Do not disclose the OTP over phone or messages before the product is physically delivered
KukuNia shall not be liable for any misuse of OTP shared prematurely.
Address Changes
You can change your delivery address only if:
- Your order hasn’t been shipped yet
- There is no major tax or shipping charge difference between the old and new address

Missed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
To avoid delays, ensure that:
- Your mobile number is correct
- Someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order
- You respond promptly to courier calls or messages
What We Don’t Offer
- We do not ship internationally at this time
- Shipping charges and convenience fees are not refunded in case of cancellations or returns
- Certain products shipped by third-party sellers may have longer handling times
Limited-Time Offers on Shipping
We may run free shipping campaigns or waive convenience charges during promotions. Such offers will:
- Be valid for a limited time only
- Be subject to specific terms and conditions
Delivery Delays & Cancellations
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may happen due to logistical issues or events beyond our control. In rare cases:
- We may cancel your order if delivery is not possible
- Any amount paid will be refunded to your KukuNia Wallet or original payment method
